Ingredients
Entire bottle of Vermouth
1/3 cup of mustard seeds
cream
2C of Dijon
1/3 C Mustard seeds or whole grain
shallot
Preparation
Reduce entire bottle of Vermouth until it becomes a syrup, throw a shallot in there while it reduces. Add cream, whip until nappe. 1/3 cup of mustard seeds in it, and finish with 2 cups of mustard, dijon.
