Ingredients
3-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split
mustard, Dijon
paprika
salt
pepper
rosemary
cinnamon
Preparation
Place split chicken breasts skin side down in baking pan. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary. Turn over and sprinkle this side with salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary and about a 1/4 tsp, each piece, with cinnamon. Using a butter knife spread up side of each chicken breast with mustard to cover. Place on grill to cook till done OR place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes.
