Ingredients
4 Chicken breast
Mustard (hot English or other )
Butter For Pan
Bread Crumbs
1 Quart of cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175 degrees celcius. Liberally coat a Baking dish with butter. Place chicken breasts in dish and brush with a liberal spread of mustard. spread breadcrums over chicken breasts and cover dish with Foil. Bake for approx 1 hour. Pour cream over just before serving. Use the cream and breadcrums mixture left in the dish as a sauce.
