Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grainy mustard

1/4 extra virgin olive oil

3 tlbs fresh lemon juice

1 tsps finely grated lemon zest

1 garlic clove crushed

2 tsps freshly ground black pepper

1 pd of Asparagus thick and peeled

Preparation

Light the grill, in a shallow whisk the mayo, with the mustard, oil lemon juice , lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper. add the asparagus to the skillet and cook quickly
