Ingredients
1/2 C Mayo
1 Tablespoon Italian herb blend
1/4 C brown sugar
2 Tablespoons brown mustard
1/4 Teaspoon curry powder
4 Salmon fillets (about 1 1/2 lbs with skin removed)
cooking oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mayo and seasoning in bowl, set aside or chill. Combine sugar, mustard, and curry powder in second bowl.
- Coat both sides of salmon with oil. Place salmon on grill for 2-3 minutes without turning.
- Turn salmon and brush with mustard mixture. Close lid or cover with foil for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve topped with mayo mixture.
**Half recipe for 2 people. Can also bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
